DMV like customer service at returns
I just tried to return one item and you think Mike the cashier was bothered to do his job. I'm sorry Interupted his phone browsing while he was working the register. I don't know how many please and thank yous it would take to make this guy be less of a curmudgeon but it's not my fault he's working a cash register at his age.

Still waiting in delivery of my order
Purchased a refrigerator in store which was to be delivered a week later. When they showed up the refrigerator was damaged with all kinds of dents. The delivery folks tried to get us to keep it saying it wasn’t that bad. They re-scheduled delivery on a non damaged refrigerator a week later. The day before it was to be delivered we received a message it wouldn’t be delivered on the date promised and they didn’t know when it would arrive. The next day a delivery person shows up with a washing machine which was not ours. Still no idea if or when I will receive my refrigerator.
