Paint and ease of pouring lid - amazing!
I repainted my entire home and the paint was perfectly colored and such better quality - it covered my highly-textured walls with one coat. And the special attachment for the lids which I’d never seen before made pouring so much easier and clean. I bought paint to start my project at another big store and found immediately it wasn’t going to work. So glad I switched to Home Depot. The people there were nicer and actually seemed more interested in helping me.

Great Prices, short-staffed
I was able to locate everything I needed here, but they closed their lumber exit early (I'm assuming due to being short on staff). Pulling a cart with 12' and 16' boards through tight corridors in a busy store was not fun. The cashier who assisted was very quick and efficient, though.

Employees are bothered by customers
There is no communication within the ranks. Cashiers don't even know if there is a manager on duty and who it is. If you have an issue at self-checkout, you better duck because clerks don't handle it well. Parts are not in their correct boxes/location. Basically, employees are there to collect a paycheck while talking in groups. Don't ask for help because "it's not their department".

FANTASTIC EMPLOYEE MIKE saves the day!
Mike was amazing! He went above and beyond by locating an item I needed for my daughters playhouse. He stopped what he was doing when he saw me wandering around and immediately helped me. He retrieved the item from an obscure and difficult location and assisted me by choosing exactly what I needed for my daughters playhouse! I will be back for sure because he treated me like I was important and my project was important and went out of his way to listen to what I needed and take the time to get it.
