Is there fraud involved there?

I have never been to Evanston IL, USA. I live in Ontario, Canada. Many hundreds of miles Ava’s. Why am I continuing to receive receipts for purchases at that store. This is the 2nd one this month. Is someone steeling my identity and using my credit card? Or alternatively a sleepy clerk typed in the wrong “text to” phone #. Please investigate and let me know what you’ve discovered, so I can contact the Capital One Mastercard fraud centre. Thx

Great plant section and great customer service at checkout!

I have generally had a good experience at this Home Depot with all employees, just tonight I had a particularly good interaction with an employee at checkout named LaTanya. She was exceptional In deftly jumping in to help me as a sidled up a cartful of plants to the self-checkout. I felt totally taken care of and twice as confident that I made the right purchases because of her caring assistance. The amount I spent was $276.25 after taxes for plants I regard as personal healthcare.

Awesome caring customer service rep

I was very touched that customer service rep Lusane took my problem seriously and worked with me and store managers to find a solution. Please find a way to reward this individual. We need more people like this. Customer satisfaction is the best advertisement complain. I almost never write any reviews but I was so touched by compassion of Lusane that I forced myself to complete this one.
