Started off bad , ended great!!
I had a bad experience when I first walked in , but then the worker Bill Cade walked by and helped me , and even took my heavy items out to the car for me after checkout, the first workers that were close to the door when I walked in did not help me , nor did they point me and my daughter in the right direction.

Be prepared to help yourself.
If you are expecting to arrive at the store, three hours after opening and have the store be entirely open, then be prepared for otherwise. The garden center at this location seems to operate on its own hours. Do not expect assistance from customer service.

Great store and employees
The employees here were super friendly and helpful. Every time we have been there, they took time from what they were otherwise doing to assist us and answer our questions. Kara was one of the employees there that we had a particularly great experience with.

Exchanging an item for another.
Turns out I bought the wrong item and didn’t realize it until later about one week when I was about to use it. Went to the store to exchange it and the employees were very accommodating and made the exchange very efficient.

Fire the cashier
I was just at this store and have used my Drivers license several times in the past to pay for things-I also own a business and am tax exempt and your cashier was a rude smart mouth and I don’t appreciate her attitude. She told me I couldn’t use my valid ID to look up my credit card number, then when I explained that I do it all the time, she refused to apply my tax ID to make it tax exempt bc “she wasn’t doing both and maybe I should have my card on me next time”. The receipt number is 38410375741, cashiers name is Karen.
