Thank you Suyapa and Bobby! (Saturday night closing shift)
I already submitted the survey; but it gave me the option to review here so what da heck! The most amazing woman; Suyapa; totally made my night!! She was beyond sweet and patient; I had bought 3ft of chain and lost the paper ticket!!! She immediately was so helpful and luckily Mr. Robby (from hardware I believe) showed up to the rescue! He stopped what he was doing to walk me back to the chains and re-wrote my ticket. Keep in mind; it was literally 5 mins before closing; so I’m especially impressed and grateful for the willingness and enthusiasm to help a girl out! I live literally right down the road so I find myself coming here quite a bit; mostly tagging along with my dad and having no idea what the heck is going on. The few times I’ve come here alone in the past haven’t always been stellar… but tonight; was amazing! Thank you. And it was 5 mins until closing; so I especially appreciate the kindness and patience of both Suyapa and Bobby when I’m sure they were ready to go home after a long day; they made me feel so welcomed and relaxed. Every time I need something from Home Depot I will make sure to try to be here at Saturday night haha what a lovely team and super store! Thanks!

Super Customer Service
It's been a long while since I have been in a Home Depot where there was more than enough workers to address my questions or assist in product location. I received gracious and intentional interest in my pursuits at this store. I walked away wishing the store was closer to my residence so that I could use it's services on a more regular basis. Thanks for giving such a good feeling and experience as a customer!

Trying to purchase discounted Flower planters caused enormous headache and wasted time!
Went to buy garden soil and decided to look at the sale flowers on the sale racks. After spending 15 minutes deciding which ones to purchase, the cashier, James, rings them up and the price is incorrect. When I asked him why didn't he give me the $10 sale price that the other cashier charged the other lady and told him to charge me, he tells me he could't give it to me and I had to go to customer service to get my money back. This was blatant discrimination and a waste of my time! I spent 1 1/2 hours there!

Excellent Customer Service!
I was looking oak laminate flooring but the usual Home Depot site I go to didn't have it so they recommended I visit the Fairmount St. one. Glad I did as I was able to find the flooring materials I needed. The associates, Romeo and Tom Chee, provided excellent service for my flooring needs.

The best Home Depot in San Diegi
Once again this home depot doesn't disappoint. Walked in Suyapa greeted me with her always friendly smile and when I was trying to check out pointed me to Seth who was equally amazing. I've said it before... This is the best Home Depot in San Diego County and I drive extra to come here because I know I'll get people who know and love their jobs.

Carissa & Betty provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They went over and beyond in helping us locate a product needed that day, when nothing was in stock at other HD stores, they came up with an incredible solution!
