Exceptional Service!
I was approached by a store associate, who went out of his way to help me. He really went above and beyond. He could've just passed me by & gone on with his work, but he stopped and asked if I needed help. He stopped what he was doing, and loaded my cart with 24 heavy 16x16 pavers. & made sure none of them were damaged. & asked if I needed anything else! I was so impressed and happy. Not many people have a work ethic like that anymore. Not afraid of work or to make a customer happy.

Horrible Customer Service Experience
I had very bad experience today with Farmingdale store number (1267)
I was trying to buy router and find out from after price check it’s on sale and I scanned product with Home Depot price scan app, price was great and I told the who works in the power tools to check the price and she find out it’s lower on price than in- store price.
Long story short we went to customer service together and she contacted to store manager got approval and it was approved then she left other customer service person talk to store manager and manager need to come down for put the some type of password or numbers on the computer. I wait 15 minutes store manager didn’t show up and I said I need to pick up one more thing in the tile department and will be back in few minutes and I come back there is an other customer were customer service person helping okay but next to him there is someone was not busy and I asked can you help me I am the next because I’m waiting over 60 minutes. She were unprofessional. It is a shame for Home Depot to hire unprofessional employees. Shame on you Home Depot. I never ever come back to this Farmingdale Long Island store again for shopping. I spent in one visit over thousand dollars and almost every visit 3-4 times a week. Same amount every stop and get this kind of unprofessional people being rude to customer. You lost one loyal customer and I am sure you will lose more and more if your store manager not fix these issues and keep ignoring and being lazy to hire quality qualified people to store than you will lose more and more customers to your competitors stores. Horrible front end cashier
I had gone in for a thermostat that is locked up in the cabinet. Item said there were 16 available. The associate that was on staff hardly look at the sheet of paper that I presented from ripping it off and where the item is displayed. She walked over to the cabinet opened it for two seconds and then decided there was nothing there I had to go all the way to customer service have them walk me over and how miraculous that they found it. Home Depot really needs to do better hiring people who just want to stand somewhere for a paycheck and not do any work.

Wood Pellets

Great customer service
I called the customer service desk. An employee Malik answered the phone. He was great. He checked the availability of the item I was looking for and I was able to go there knowing I would get my item. He was available to check me out at the customer service desk with my purchase!

nice store
Farmingdale is my go to store for any big purchase, especially appliances. Bought cabinets there 10 years ago and the kitchen planner was great..
I live near Copiague Store and will only use for smaller items. Farmingdale is newer cleaner and bigger I believe.
