Are Kids Workshops offered at the Fayetteville Home Depot?

Our free Kids Workshops take place in-store every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. You may reserve your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Helpful Store Associates

I was shopping for brass fittings for a portable air tank. The first Store Associate helped me find a good combination of parts that worked for me. The second Store Associate helped me understand the pricing scheme of the display.

Rude cashier

We bought a craftsman wood base and casing, cashier declined to understand that it’s for lineal foot and not by the inch. She insist to wanting to charge it by the inch, Even with 2 managers approval and the employee who was working on wood area’s explanation. She ended up walking away and declined to ring us up. The manger end up doing her (cashier) job and she sat on the chair to chitchat with another employee. She was rude, disrespectful and not wanting to learn the job. Cashier’s name is Dawn.

Great service

After shopping the other home improvement center in town, Home Depot was a refreshing experience from the moment I walked in the door. Not only was I greeted and asked if I needed assistance I was greeted 4 times throughout my shopping experience and and asked in each isle I visted if I needed assistance. This was so unlike my experience at the other improvement center where after 5 attempts I could not get any help in the plumbing isle and then again in the electrical isle. Thank you Home Depot

Great people working there!

Since August 2022 I've been painting the every square inch of the inside of my 13 year old home. Karan in the paint dept. has been exceptional and is very knowledgeable of products in the paint dept. Always friendly and helpful.

Great Customer Service

Bought my first electric mower from Home Depot and Joe from Garden Section was exceptional in providing a quick check out including signing me up for a Home Depot Credit Card. Joe went the extra mile in assisting me with loading it into my Jeep, as well as assisting an older couple already in the parking lot trying to load up items in their vehicle.
