Just bought 25 gallons of Behr Ultra exterior paint to paint my NEW 6 ft. wood privacy fence. Lots of money involved, but felt Home Depot has always guided me to the right product and been super helpful doing so.

Out of stock
Consistently out of stock of items even tho online says they’re available. Bought a smart doorbell - locked up in cabinets so only employees access - and when I got home the box was open and doorbell was used and damaged and somehow that got put back in the cabinet for sale. Online said 9 in stock - she said that was the last one so unable to replace. Waste of my time.

I don't understand this...
My issue that I needed help with by the store manager (J.R.) was resolved in such a way that far exceeded my expectations. The customer service was outstanding. The manager seemed genuinely interested in helping me with the issue. I felt valued as a customer, which is truly rare these days in this fast paced world. Refreshing!!!!
