Great experience
Every employee looked up and acknowledged me with a greeting and offer to help. I needed 19 boxes of stone tile and they were fully stocked, which I was expecting to go to multiple locations without a pre-order. Barbara was extremely helpful in setting up my new home depot card to add savings and got Sidney to help load up my car. They were engaging, professional and friendly and made me feel that they wanted to help instead of had to help. Bravo to Folsom Home Depot!! And thank you!

Terrible Customer Service
I drove for 30 minutes to get to this location to buy cabinets that the website said were in stock. I asked someone for help & they said there were none, when in fact there was on top of a mess of boxes that could only be reached using the staircase. The worker left to get someone to help me. After 20 minutes I went to an associate nearby (there were more workers than people) & asked for help. She laughed in my face & said the kid went to get someone already. After another 15, I used the step ladder and got the cabinet myself. Any worker that passed by made no move to help me.

Feels like home...
The happy employees help me find everything. I have been using the Milwaukee tools and the 12 volt, high capacity batteries for many years now and this store always has the latest and greatest ones for me to buy. Why shop online?, when I can go in the store, see my friends, and pick it up right from the shelf.

Poor business practice
Ordered pavers on 5/25 to be picked up 5/29. Was not ready,had four workers waiting to work at $130 per hour.Two hours wasted.

Above and beyond the call of duty, nailing it.
My family have been looking for a patio set since last year. We did our comparison shopping at the other home improvement stores, and found a much better price and quality at the Folsom location. Also the sales staff especially Alan (customer service) was very helpful, professional and prompt in their jobs. He arranged our delivery and was cheerful in his attitude to provide an excellent purchase. He took the sales motto " Nailed it " to heart. Thanks

Excellent Customer Service at Home Depot in Folsom, CA
I started in the garden section and then asked a clerk if they had outdoor/indoor mats inside the store. This clerk helped me locate the isle in the store where the mats were located. I found the bath items I needed because at prior visit to this store in early April, a clerk had directed me to these items. When I checked out today, the clerk was extremely nice and thanked me for shopping at Home Depot.
