Does the Fridley Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Yes, the Fridley store offers in-person Kids Workshops. These free in-store events take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. Each month features a unique and exciting new kit pack to keep little doers engaged. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Call us or visit our customer service counter to order your kit.

How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

Employees didn't know what to do and didn't care

Really bad experience. Took a long time to return items because the employee couldn't help the person in front of me. At self checkout the printer ran out of paper. Employee didn't know how to fix it. He couldn't figure out how to get a receipt printed for me. Eventually another lead cashier or manager showed up, but the duplicate receipt wasn't valid for a refund. Had to follow him over to customer service to get a reprinted "original" receipt printed. What should have been a 5 minute trip took 30 minutes. Never again.

Good Customer Service TRENT

I am glad for workers like Trent who takes the time to check on things and answer questions. And when he did not know, he sought out the answer from others. I would hope other people including the MOD that day would follow the same care.

Great Staff

I bought a cordless drill for my husband and received such kindness and knowledge from the employees. I would shop there every time from now on. Never felt like I was a burden or that they were too busy. Wonderful experience.

Great Guest Service!
