Looking for that perfect color paint? Ask for Paula and James! I took a pillow in to match the yellow I wanted to use on some furniture. Well I couldn’t have ask for any better advice. Paula helped me pick the color and James explained the difference in quality paint. I went with the BEHR paint. James sold me the perfect paint . Paula sold me the prefect color!! I’m adding a photo just because I can!! Customer service was above and beyond!! Even down at self check out . Heather helped me get checked out and was a super help on advice. Ralph even chimed in and this made for a wonderful trip to the Home Depot! Also thanks to Kavin he greeted me with a smile and hug thanks for making me feel special!! Guys and Gals you deserve a badge and a raise! Tell them I said so!!! Shout out to all the team at Home Depot!! You ROCK!!

I will drive out of my way to visit the fuquay store. Jerry, Paula, Ana, Emy and Trey at the Pro Desk are the best! They go out of their way to make my job as a project manager easier. They are always willing to stop what they are doing and pull items for me and load up my truck. Thanks for all you do, guys.

KATHY IN APPLIANCES WAS THE BEST. MADE ME FEEL WELCOME AND WAS THROUGH

I was walking outside to look at the plants and the cashier very rudely asked if I had a receipt then proceeded to talk with another customer about people shoplifting when I was in earshot. I felt very uncomfortable.

We came in late tonight after going to another Home Depot to purchase about 7,500 in new appliances for our new house. We had a terrible experience at the other store and thought to go to Fuquay as a last minute stop to see if we could at least get an order started. Kathie K came up to us and we knew what we wanted so she got to work on getting an order started - at 9:15pm!! She worked so meticulously on our order to make sure it was PERFECT! She helped with accessories for our new appliances, delivery, scheduling, ordering, etc!! She even worked to get us as many discounts as we could get!! We had such a pleasant experience we actually ordered our last appliance to complete our kitchen (we were going to wait on it) and ended up spending around 10k instead! (Because the rebates and discounts she got us were better than the original order!) Kathie made the process so easy after a stressful night at another store. Hubby and I agreed, Kathie is our appliance gal! We are so glad we lucked into the Fuquay store and Kathie when we did!!

After a long day of work outside, my husband realized that one of his new pieces of equipment wasn't working. We drove to the Fuquay-Varina Home Depot to make an exchange, but, realizing we no longer had a receipt, weren't sure what to expect. Thankfully, Fancy and Hayley from Customer Service couldn't be more helpful. Their upbeat attitudes, professionalism and eagerness to help were exceptional. They went out of their way to assist us, but also kept their lines of people moving to help others.
