Amazing Employees
All I can say is WOW. Tracee was an absolute delight while shopping here. He answered all my questions and got me everything I needed in a timely manor (and there was a lot to get).
Lisa was also wonderful when I went to schedule an measurement for installing my patio doors.
This experience has made this location my “go to” store for home improvement needs. Just WOW!

Above and Beyond
Customer Service went above and beyond on my visit on 5/31/23. They spent well over 45 minutes with me to resolve issues that we were having processing promotional financing and preferred pricing on a special order.

Great Garden Shop, great overall store
I have bought everything from garden soil to nails, light bulbs to fencing, seeds to paper towels, furniture to ceiling fans and much more at Home Depot. They have friendly, helpful employees, good quality merchandise with a wide variety of choices, and excellent hours of operation. Though it may sound a bit unusual for a review, I just really like the store. I look forward to shopping there. It is roomy with nice wide aisles, it has a huge variety of products to offer and the employees are unfailingly polite and genuinely friendly. It’s a great store. I highly recommend it.

Always a good experience
Ordered a big plumbing supply list online to be picked up later. They were early with having it ready and didn't miss not one piece, which was not the case when I went to a competitor and tried the same thing last month. Very satisfied

Ginger has the Best customer service!
Went in to make some purchases, upon checking out I discovered i could no longer use my military discount. Ginger took her time with showing me how to fix my issue and also set my business up for the Pro Xtra program. She is very knowledgeable and patient. All Customer Service Reps should be like Ginger. A 5-star Employee!

Rude customer service
Prices ring up a few dollars more than the price tags say or what the website says. The cashiers and customer service people are rude. Once they lost half of my weed eater that was supposed to get fixed.

Great customer service
I was needing one additional handle and there was only 1 available on the shelf. Ms Sherry Ford helped me by allowing me to get the display once getting it approved by management. She definitely went above and beyond in helping me. I was very pleased with how she went the bat for me. She's a great person inside and out! Thanks again.

Great help in cabinet department
Curtis in the cabinet department was very wonderful! He was helpful even though I could see he was busy with designing other clients cabinet layouts but he took the time and was patient with me. I also had another great experience with him before purchasing cabinets when I was trying to determine what we would need and he gave me a booklet and explained all the details. He is very good!
