I say that this shopping experience was much better because of the good customer service (e.g., finding the right rep resulted in answering my questions and purchasing the right items). Also, the cashier was professional, informative, and transparent that resulted in savings $$$.

Two Offensively Rude Employees
Cashier named Tracy is inept & rude. Poor thing is not capable of performing basic cashier functions beyond simple scanning of bar codes that I can do myself via self checkout. Despite her incompetence, Tracy displayed the attitude of a diva. Linda, whom Tracy called over to "explain" to me why I couldn't get my military discount was intentionally unhelpful and offensively condescending. Linda misrepresented herself as THE manager--possibly so I wouldn't raise my complaint about them to the actual store manager (named Jackson). The fact that they could be so rude to a 20+ year military veteran on Memorial Day constitutes the supreme insult. [Store # 2550 in Gaithersburg, MD 29877]

always a zoo but great employees
I had to make multiple trips and each time I found wonderful employees willing to help me. The place is always a zoo, and parking is horrible, but it's still my favorite place.
