Convenient, but that's it.
Convenient location for me, but that's it. Many times items are not restocked and are left in overhead storage. But good luck getting anyone to pull it down. Associates do a really good job of avoiding eye contact or acknowledging customers -- when you see one that is. Store used to be great but has really gone downhill. If I *have* to get something that only HD has and I can't grab it quickly - and on my own - I drive an extra 30 minutes to Knightdale. If you know what you need and don't require assistance - check online to ensure the quantity count is high - and stop by this store. If you know (or think) you might need help, Pick a different store.

Great customer service

Best customer service experience ever
My husband and I were shopping for a new fridge/microwave/ oven set and Tom immediately came to our assistance. He greeted us and told us about his experience in home improvement which made us confident in our purchase today. He was a joy to talk with!
