Close to Home
Sadly Home Depot is not replacing damaged window insect screens.
Had to go to another store for U-bolts as Home Depot is under-stocked.
Have to caution friends of limited inventory and services.

Customer service
I recently went shopping at the Gates store. I went there, expecting not able to find help but instead it was the opposite. Have four broken ribs. I wanted to get some things for the house. Some of these things were heavy so I asked employee to help me. They not only helped me but went to my car and unloaded it in my car for me. Great customer service.

Went in for a over the range microwave I knew what I was looking for and what made it a better experience is how fast I was greeted by Max Leisenring he was friendly and lots of knowledge and patience I was in and in mins feeling great about my purchase

No help loading heavy paver base
I could not believe not one associate was available in the garden center to assist customers. I am a senior woman and had to lift twelve 35-50 pound bags of paver base onto a cart and again into my vehicle. No one was available. I couldn't wait any longer because the product I needed was almost out and 2 men were eager to grab what was left. So I took a chance, loaded myself, and wound up in the ER hours later with heart attack symptoms and back and neck pain. So much for customer service.
