VERY DISSAPOINTED
I tried to purchase a rototiller online for curbside pick-up. Because there was limited stock, the website said to contact the store for availability or order online for delivery in get it in over 2 weeks. I called the store & verified they had it and purchased it. I noticed that the price didn't seem right & questioned the cashier, but he ignored me, so I figured I would go home & check the website & call the store.
I called the store & was told in no uncertain terms that the prices online are not the in-store prices & I should have said something then. I need to return it, and repurchase it for FREE delivery -they would even help me take it out of the truck. The price difference is over $80.
The customer service for this purchase was extremely poor. The attitude of the associates was disappointing.

Outstanding Customer Service at Glasgow Store #1603
On 7/2/23 I brought my circular saw into the Glasgow Store #1603, Tool Rental Dept. I was having a problem getting my new blade that I just bought to properly tighten. Larry and Dumas figured out what the problem and I was on my way. Thank you both! Your knowledge and willingness to help was greatly appreciated. Well done, gentlemen!

Help loading
My husband ordered 3 boxes of flooring that I came up pick up. The boxes were heavy so I asked for help. After waiting a total of 15 minutes and going back in to ask for help again I finally gave up and ask a stranger to help me load the 3 boxes. The help I needed never came from this store.

Great Service
I bought a garden cart and two employees were so extremely helpful measuring my car and making sure it would fit. They ended up taking it out of the box and I would not thought of doing that, so nice!!!
