Going above and beyond should deserve notice
Alexis Rios who does not work in the area of kitchen appliances but in cabinetry was available and willing to assist me with purchasing my urgently needed refrigerator. Not only did he know how to speak English but knowing that he also spoke Spanish was extremely helpful since there were words that I did not know how to say them in English. He took his time to answer all of my questions and advised me appropriately with which product would suit my needs. I'm extremely grateful that he was available at the time when I was in desperate need. I did not want all of my food to spoil so Alexis assisted me to find a temporary solution until my new fridge got delivered. I was able to get a smaller fridge which was not expensive at all and which I will use in the near future.

The store is amazing for finding supplies and equipment to do you own home repairs and improvements. But, unless you are very handy, stay away from getting appliances there. They use third-party installers and no one bears responsibility for your ultimate satisfaction. This is how they left my dryer plug at installation:

Fully stocked
Whenever I shop at this location, the store is clean and bright. The employees seem interested in helping and offering suggestions related to my purchase needs. And, checkout is usually fast, with an employees standing by to assist at the self checkout registers as well.

Always there to help
We live close to the Glastonbury store, so it is a frequent stop for things. I can't remember ever going and not being assisted by a courteous, well informed associate.

Staff is absolutely amazing!

Lumber order for deck replacement/repair
I'll start going to other resources for lumber and parts. I think some of your young employees need to be better trained. Some have an "I'm smarter than you' attitude and pay more attention to their social needs than the customer in front of them.
