Beware: prices online aren't what you'll find in the store
Too many times we've planned our purchases using the website and then shown up to find the "in store" price in Gloucester significantly higher (like 20-40%) higher. We've also found higher prices in Gloucester than in Richmond and other cities. It feels like the only way you can be sure of getting a decent price is to buy online and pick up in store. But if you do so, be prepared to wait a while. The poor employees are usually trying to manage too many tasks at once and the online pickup seems disorganized. They always have to have a treasure hunt around the store to find your items. Also, no curbside pickup available in the evening. Employees are usually nice and try to help, but just spread too thin. It's often hard to find someone to help you in a department (like paint) and they don't have any of the handy "push for help" buttons.
