Rafael was terrible at the Return Counter
I attempted to return some items from a very large commercial job completion and asked for a gift card . I have made several successful returns in the past 2-3 weeks after a 5 year long job but was denied for some reason today . Rafael laughed after I had made a comment that now I have to reload all the returns back in my truck . He said Awe you have to put it all back in your truck and laughed . Very Poor Customer Service by RAFAEL and would not recommend his lack of customer service skills and lack thereof. I’ve shopped here for 25 years and never had an idiot like this speak to me like he did Terrible Rep

Was not satisfied with the way I was treated.
I lost part of a load (which I had never been advised to tie down) on the freeway and Home Depot would not replace my lost.

Be Careful with your Returns
I had a return for five bender board stakes and the clerk only credited me for two. My bad for not being alert. I checked the receipt after getting home and noticed I was shorted.

CUSTOMER SRVICE WAS GREAT, "MADELYN" MADE MY TRANSACTION HAPPEN SMOOTHLY.
I had a complicated transaction, and "Madelyn" in the Goleta store's customer service
was great, she made it happen, and I am grateful. I had to return one thing and purchase other things, all without having my actual Home Depot card on my person, and I still got my $25.00 bonus credit for using a new credit card account. She made it possible HAPPY!
