Installation services and special orders.
Mary in Pro shop installation service and special
orders is a very rude individual and needs to go through retraining in customer service, worse experience of my life I’ll never use their installation services again it’s been a nightmare. What I got was a partially ripped out kitchen floor I’ve been dealing with for weeks now, because the installation had to be delayed because of damaged flooring and transitions delivered the first time and then reordered and damaged again because I asked them to check them before they sent them to my house. And then I have to deal with a rude person on the phone (Mary) and then at the store I’m the customer who paid for a complete project ahead of time who got treated like it was our fault it happened and not the vendors and not the stores. It was ridiculous the way we were treated, thank god for the other employees and assistant manager from the last two days because Mary from pro-shop installation and special orders didn’t do anything to help us. The asst manager took care of us and we got a full refund doesn’t change the fact that woman (Mary) needs retraining in how to deal with customers because in her eyes the customers DO NOT come first.

All clutter and boxes in the aisles, don't waste your time with a cart., You can't get it through the aisles.
Every aisle has boxes and junk sale items, no room to walk down. All the sale items block the shelves, so you can not see or reach what you looking for.

Lovely flowers
they have a wonderful garden department. We went to buy a John Deere lawn tractor. Unfortunately no one knew much about them, so be sure you do your homework before you look at them. They did have the lowest price in the Anderson/Muncie/New Castle/ Greenfield area though.

We had bought a zero turn lawn mower and every single employee that worked in the out door/ lawn department was absolutely fantastic and provided great customer service and knowledgeable advice on how to load the machine. They all deserve recognition on their great work
