Outstanding customer service experience

My customer service was excellent. Mike at the paint department was very patient, courteous and professional; knowing that I’ve never had painting experience.

Customer Service is top notch!

I wanted to exchange a light fixture I bout at another store and they didn’t have it so I came to the Home Depot on Woodruff Industrial and am so happy I did at least 2 people went beyond what most do to help me. Especially Charlene in Customer Service. Thanks Charlie!

I love shopping this location, especially in the morning hours through the week. The employees are very friendly helpful and respectful! That's why I shop here every chance I get when I do home improvements. I will drive out my way to come to this Home Depot or yhe Easley Home Depot

Best place to purchase cabinets

Designing your cabinetry for a new home is a daunting task . Home Depot’s cabinetry designer, Charlie Crow, took all the guesswork out of it for us and helped us get the most for our money. We will be back for help with our next project. We needed an expert’s help.

Over and Above...

Deborah, the cashier, saw that I was headed toward checkout and came out to find me and ask me if I was ready to check out. I told her that I would be happy to have her do it instead of me. She asked about the product that I was getting and whether it worked well. I told her that it did and she said she might have to try it as well. She was very personable and professional at the same time. Great Job Deborah!
