Poor customer service, parking spots
We have traveled to home depot every weekend for the past month for building materials for our addition. Employees don't offer to help with loading and pulling from shelves to cart, no offer to help load truck, had to park far in the parking lot due to people using the up close parking spots to get one item and not save it for people who actually come to buy big amount of supplies. Due to where we live we don't have another option, otherwise we would not go to hays home depot.

TWO great employees!!!
I stopped in today to purchase something at the Hays Home Depot. I don’t always have the greatest experience there but today I met Krickett and Haley. They were both very helpful, very kind and very cheerful. I would highly recommend Krickett if you’re looking for fluorescent bulbs and Haley, if you’re wanting to check out at the customer service counter!

Friendly and helpful staff
I interacted with 4 different staff members who were very friendly as they helped me locate things that I was looking for. Other staff members were courteous when walking past or passing with items. Andrew, in particular was very helpful in determining what I needed and made helpful suggestions as well. Very satisfied with my visit!

GREAT SERVICE SUPPORT & STAFF EXPERTISE
I visited the Hays Home Depot today looking for just the right color and quality in vinyl flooring for my great room. Angelica Garcaa did a fabulous job helping me find the perfect quality and color! I WILL GO BACK for other home project needs.

Employee recognition
Sometimes you can walk around the store for hours and not a single person will ask you if you need help or if they can do anything for you, however Andrew and Shayla will
Go above and beyond if they see you in their store, looking lost or not, and make you feel comfortable and have a warm smile and heart the entire time you’re in there. We really truly did appreciate them so much on our last HD run as I am 8 months preggo and had our 11 and 6 year old with us (bored to death) as we spent over 2 hours gathering all the supplies we needed, so I was hot and ready to get off my feet and the kids were driving us bonkers by this point and they got us in checked out in a giffy and helped us find what we needed in order to wrap it up and get on our way, they were so great to us and this pregnant momma couldn’t have been more thankful for them!!
