Hudson #4935

I am not new to Home Depot, although I am new to their credit card. The experience with the young lady at customer service in Hudson was beyond unacceptable. I was trying to make a $3200 purchase and she combative, rude and unwilling to help. Again I'm trying to purchase something at their store. I was told that if anything that I was asking was not on the screen in front of here too bad that's the way it is. I had questions about the credit card I just got and she kept repeating that she can’t do or answer anything that is not on the screen in front of her. When I asked for her manager she said I needed to stand in the other line and wait. I asked if she could bring him to me she said she was done helping me and to step aside for people behind me. I reluctantly got out of line and called the Credit Card company, they answered my questions and conformed the store should have been able to help me. I went back to the manager’s line and he was able to help me complete this purchase also agreeing with the card company this could have been handled at the store. I am now basically just over an hour and a half on this purchase at the store where I knew exactly what I wanted and just needed to pick up. When I got out to the yard to load the garden tractor, the bag for the manuals was open and the were sitting in a bag of rain water (See Picture). The people helping me load it went to look for another set and came back empty handed. They offered to print it out of the internet if I was willing to wait. At this point I told them I just want to go home and end this experience. They apologized and left me. Why would they not offer to get me a new set of manuals (what I purchased)? I’m not sure if I need to contact Cub Cadet or what at this point?? If you are wondering why I still made this purchase its because of the time into getting the card, having over 2 hour in just travel, and it was the exact garden tractor we wanted. The only reason it was 2 stars is because someone in the sore greeted us and helped and the service manager completed my purchase.

I bought a lawn tractor this morning a Home Depot associate named Jenni went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed in a timely manner A+ work. I will be returning from my home remodel needs moving forward. Excellent experience.

The drive through line is a mess and you can't load and get around the person in front of you because they have tractors that shouldn't be there parked all wonky up the left side. Bring lunch if the guy in front of you is filling the entire back of his pickup with mulch bags. You will be there awhile. No employees to help load or direct traffic to keep people from parking at the front of the line to go pay and leaving the rest of us stuck.

Staff here is rude and unhelpful, I will drive to Woodbury from now on. It took me 3 hours to buy a powerwasher

Nov 12, 2021 we ordered a patio door and just finally had it installed a few days ago 4/29/23ordered a patio door, completely failed to pay attention to detail, rude and unprofessional install crew, excuse after excuse for the failed install attempts, not taking accountability for their actions. blaming other people for their problems. I have 25 windows in my home that were planned to be replaced, Home Depot installation services definitely dropped the ball on this one and they will not be gaining my business

Went in to purchase an appliance, the clerk (Jenna) was very helpful and nice with a smile to us. They did not have the appliance we were looking for on the sales floor, but Jenna brought all up on the computer for us to look at.

Bought paint because I've used Behr before and it's the best paint. I also ordered new carpet tiles, 9 x 36 and they look awesome!
