Better selection of appliances
If all personnel at Home Depot stores were as congenial and knowledgeable about their products as Pearl Wilson is, shopping would be much more pleasant. Hutto Home Depot should be proud and honored to have her as their employee.

Gardener's Delight
Even though the plastic potted plants are a bit pricey, I like to walk under the shaded canvas or lattice, bc I do enjoy the Garden section... but, I avoid the retail store as much as possible, due to the lack of customer engagement. The retail sales team rarely walk a customer to a section to find what they need; they seem to be rushing one way or another with their eyes &/or ears glued to their cell phones, rather than engaging customers for potential sales. And, hey.. pointing, in the direction of what a customer is seeking, isn't indicative of great customer service skills. Get off your phone and start doing what you're paid to do; smile, inform, smile, sell... engage the customer so they will want to return to purchase other items they can easily acquire at HD's competitor, the next block over.

Despite all the employess playing and messing around non had time to help load
My wife and I went thru the store with a pretty large list for gardening project. I am disabled currently and she has been hurting with bad migraines; despite not feeling 100% we managed to get out of the house to run to Dr's appointments and eat dinner with our girls. Then we went to our Hutto Home Depot; wow was that a drainer. What made it worse was that no one offered to help and no one came to help load even when we asked for help especially with the cyclender blocks. Cashier was very nice but no one brought the blocks and no one helped us load; needless to say I was very disappointed with this visit; maybe time to take a break and go next door for a time.
