Debra, Appliance Dept is A+!!!!!
I telephoned Home Depot in Hyannis, Ma. with questions on a Frigidaire Over the Range Microwave. Luckily, for me Debra, in Appliances answered my call. She exceeded all of my expectations wtih her friendliness, knowledge & patience with all of my concerns regarding the dimensions etc... She even went as far to explain the 1-3 day review period after delivery & the 3-365 day warranty period thereafter along with Teleph#'s to call! I ordered the microwave & it was delivered right on time! Home Depot remains my Go-To for all of my home improvements & I never hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Positively the worst Home Depot I've ever shopped at. The parking lot is poorly designed and hard to get out of, the aisles are cluttered with displays and stock that make it hard to navigate with a load of lumber, the associates are poorly trained and don't seem to know a thing about DYI. And don't trust their stock levels from their site. Half of the items that I came to pick up that were listed as fully in stock on the net, were not there.

Big variety, great price and knowledge customer service.
I bought a Ryobt mower yesterday and used as soon as I get home. The batteries was charged really fast and I cut the whole yard with no problem. No noise, it is a great acquisition.

Even with a remodel it’s a mess still!!!
The garden center is a wreck trip hazards everywhere and set checkout closed with broken products all over and there’s still forklifts and pallets and isles closed at 9am. Employees park up front at the flag pole every day. Zero respect for the customer experience

Easy Return
I ordered a medicine chest and had it sent to our home. I turns out I wasn't careful enough, and saw by the size of the packaging and a check of the item's dimensions, printed on the box, that it was going to be too big. I brought it to the Hyannis Home Depot and a few minutes later, the chest had been returned, and a refund issued. It's taking me much longer to write this review than it took for Debra to perform the return and refund at the Service Desk. We've received anther chest of the proper size. Thanks, Home Depot!
