The Best Experience!!
I had an old sprinkler manifold break and headed to the Home Depot because they had the piece I thought I needed. I did bring the old manifold in with me. When I arrived, I soon realized the item I wanted was not goint to fit my needs, then entered Matthew. He looked at my old manifold and began to piece together the items I would need to replace it. He took the time to make sure I understood how to assemble it and what to do if I needed to return anything. The customer service I received on a Memorial Day Weekend was incredible. Thank you, Matthew and Home Depot.

Don't buy appliances
They do not deliver on dates that are advertised. They have a million excuses...if they can even find your order. If it's not physically in there store, don't bother buying it online.

no customer service
Went there to get stepping stones, couldn't get anyone to help us load them into the cart. Two young girls came by and could only say "Would've been easier if they were on a pallet." They must've thought we were idiots because we were told to get them off the shelf rather than in the yard. Then one of the girls handed the job of loading them into our truck to a nice gentleman who knows what the word WORK means. Thank you Jimmie!!
This isn't the first time that an employee couldn't be found to help out. It happens all the time in this store.

Great Customer Service
We bought a fridge from Home Depot in Idaho Falls, I had to change my order from standard to counter depth. It was easily done and it was delivered within a week.
