Yes, the Irondequoit store does offer in-person Kids Workshops. These in-store events are free and take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am-noon. Registration for kids workshops is now available online and secures your spot at the event. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Time

In spite of it being a busy Saturday, I was directed to what I wanted and the long cash out lines were fast.

Wrong but Right

I bought a new staple gun Triggerfire, although I got home and realized that the employee told me the staples were universal and they were not. I had to exchange them the next day. However, she was very helpful. I also bought screen for my porch and a different employee engaged me in conversation and helped me pick the proper size to keep the bugs out.

Top notch customer service!

From the young man who helped me lug all my cans of old paint into the store to be shaken, to the paint counter staff, to checkout, everyone was super friendly and professional. I recently moved to a neighborhood with a different Home Depot, and I return to my old store because of its staff.

Friendly staff and clean store

Staff are almost always available to answer questions. Only downfall, coroners bring their dogs and don’t realize other customers are allergic to pets and sometimes have to wait to go down an aisle until that customer and dog leave the aisle.

POOR SETUP

Display placed in front of the paint department cause's nightmare!!! There are enter and exit signs place on paint department windows. Noone sees them..narrow little walk space. That display needs to go ASAP.

Awesome floor surface shopping experience!!

I bought over 1,000 sq ft of commercial grade carpeting for my basement apartment. The best part of my experinece was the patience and guidance from the expert sales associate helping me choose through the many selections. I'll be back!

Employees great when u can find them!!!

There was some exceptionally helpful employees here. But they were pushing me into doing the survey so I don't know how sincere they were. Just like any other Home Depot though u can Never find help. You have walk the whole store to get assistance.
