Cashier in garden was extremely rude
I was purchasing some stone in garden. The cashier, Selene, rung up the wrong stone. When I told her, she first argued with me about the type of stone it was. Then she made me walk over to find out the name of the stone I picked. Then got upset with me when I didn’t take a picture of it, but only gave her the name, which is what she asked for. We usually have great experiences with this store. Today was definitely a different experience

Totally, professionally personnel working at this store. The store, is well organized, clean and sharpe.
Today, I spoke with Ms. Olivia she works in the appliance dept. Olivia was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. She provided answers to all my questions.

Great store to get home improvement materials from.
I was there to buy a battery for my riding lawnmower. Not only did they have what I was there for they had plenty in stock along with every shelf I passed by was very well stocked. Thank you Homedepot.

Positive shopping experience
I thoroughly enjoy shopping at the Jacksonville NC store (3655) because the staff is very friendly, as they commonly offer the appropriate greeting of the day, and they're always willing to assist when necessary. There's consistency each time I visit the Jacksonville store, there is no shortage of staff on the floors and checkout is routinely very efficient.

Occupation: Business Owner. We remodeled our home and purchase building materials, appliances from Home Depot. The manger is "Awesome." I would like to get my products in home Depot stores in the near future as franchise owner I enjoy shopping at Home Depot because of merchandise product and services. My Home Depot experience was
remarkable. We stop by the home depot garden shop to purchase a plant and some sod. We were greeted with a smile and the appropriate greeting of the day by the sale cashier "MYLEISHKA". MYLEISHKA WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HOME DEPOT MERCHANDISE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. "MYLEISHKA" WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY WHILE ASSISTING US TO REGISTER FOR MILITARY DISCOUNT. MYLEISHKA WAS PROFESSIONAL, DISPLAYED PATIENCE IN HELPING RETIRED MILITARY SENIOR CITIZENS. "MYLEISHKA" MADE US FEEL" VALUED" AS CUSTOMERS. IT IS REQUESTED "MYLEISHKA" BY AWARDED A PAY INCREASE DUE TO INFLATION, COST OF LIVING INCREASE, FOOD, FUEL AND CHILD CARE.
