This store allows your car to be booted if you violate arbitrary parking lot rules
In violation of NYC law this Home Depot has hired a tow truck company that will boot and tow your motor vehicle even when you are a customer of the store.

Excellent results working with Kitchen Designer Jo Jo
I showed up early for my appointment. Instead of telling me to wait, Jo Jo offered to begin the design session early. Starting early was a big help, because I had a train to catch, Jo Jo worked with the manufacturer right there on the spot, identified the additional pieces that were required and the ordered was placed and paid for very quickly. Jo Jo knows the Home Depot computer systems and products very well. He has outstanding communication skills, and knows how to speak with people. He encourages communication which results in a better overall result for the project. I notices he gets along very, very well with his coworkers. They frequently rely on eachother and interact in a very positive and professional way. As a customer, it is very encouraging to experience this.

Awful checkout experience
The self checkout lanes are closed so you are forced to stand on lines with people whom have 30 home building supplies when you just have a can of paint. The self checkout lanes have been closed for weeks now!
They need optional ways to check out quickly for smaller amount purchase.

Love this store
This store always have great customer service. The employees are helpful and friendly and the store is neat and clean. They always have what I want. And Jose was extra helpful.

Keeps getting worse
Basic customer service and store inventory keeps worsening in this location. I am pro extra member and use my home depot app to research/search and shop for items in the store. Almost always, the store inventory shown on the app doesn't match what is on the shelves. The aisles are always cluttered with carts of all sizes and hard to maneuver around safely. Employee customer service is not improving and continues to decline at this location. One specific employee today (2/18/23 @ approx. 3:15pm) at the check-out register - Carmen seriously needs a refresher course in basic customer service, specifically in engaging with the general public. Her attitude towards customers waiting in line and at the registers is appalling. Store management also needs to be changed at service at this store has severely declined over the past five years.

No choice but to shop here.
My family and I have been customers to this Home Depot location from the beginning of its opening. However we have been dissatisfied with the decline in service and product availability at this location. The in-store inventory never matches what we see in our app. The staff are rude, inattentive, seldom to be found and unwilling to help most times. The lines are always long and especially more so the past 1 year. The self check out kiosks are favorite of ours but are routinely down here. The past 3 months, they were down and only 2 weeks ago only one kiosk was open. It’s the same last week and even this afternoon. The order pick up area staff are always preoccupied by themselves gossiping and tend to their customers very slowly. For context, I visit this location almost once a week for my home needs and use my app to do product research and navigate the aisles. The nearest Home Depots after this location is on Springfield Blvd and Flushing which is why I have to go here reluctantly.
