GREAT GARDEN GUY
DAVE K D-28 told me on the phone they had @ 10 bags of broken open soil for sale 1/2 off. When I got to the store minutes later 2 male employees were standing outside talking to each other. I asked WHERE to find the soil and they had no idea and made no move to help me I asked them nicely to help and they kept standing there. The cashier was the next employee I asked and he didn’t know either and made no move to help either. Then a lady named LORI came up to THE GROUP OF EMPLOYEES STANDING AROUND and when I asked her she said “ well this is not Crestline and we don’t do that here”. Then DAVE K D-28 walked up and immediately knew what I wanted and began to help me get the soil down as I taped up the bags. He also helped push my heavy full cart to the cashier and then out to the truck. He also helped load it into the truck. I just want to say he has EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills and THANK YOU to DAVE K D-28 for being the kind of employee that could set an example for the other employees that may not know what they SHOULD be doing! Thanks Dave!

Kat in Customer Service was great!
Kat helped me buy a new battery powered router today. She helped me find a way to purchase it online (scoring me a new 4 Ah battery for free!) Awesomely accommodating and pleasant person. Above it all, she was very good to her coworkers. Great job Kat!

Lisa and Corey were fabulous!
These two wonderwomen helped me combine a large curbside pickup order with a large cash register purchase, and made the whole process quite pleasant. They got my 93 bags of mulch, manure, and soil put together, they got a forklift driver to help load some of them into the back of a truck, and they helped us load the rest into the back of an SUV. Definitely "above and beyond" service. Thank you!
