Highly recommend it here! Everyone is super helpful. Employees will take the time to share their opinions / knowledge, compare models of whatever you’re looking for and be there to help you through your purchase up until checkout. Jerome & Jason were incredibly helpful during my last visit! Keep an eye out and look for these two to help you if you ever find yourselves at this store!

Home Depot, Jericho Rocks!
Home Depot Jericho is the Best Home Depot on Long Island. Further, the selection of Items is tremendous compared to other Home Depot locations in a 50 mile radios.
Also, ask for Brad in Pro. This kid is one of the most professional, respectful and help Home Depot employee that I've ever met.

Employees make the difference “ even one can be the key “
Norm at home depot was always hard to find help finding someone to answer questions. I am a pro customer and since I met Bradley Levin my experience has changed. From the time I enter till I am all done and he checks me out all my queations, concerns .. I mean all in all are taken care of by him without me feeling that my precious time is been wasted as I do not have to wait looking around trying to find help. Bradley Levin is the key. An asset for Home Depot who bears knowledge and a very positive attitude.

Home Depot discriminated against me, a 67 year old Senior Citizen
Beware of Home Depot. I was discriminated against because I am a 67 year old Senior Citizen.
I bought a utility cabinet that 2 employees were required to load on the orange home Depot cart.
The check out person refused to get me help to load the cabinet into my vehicle. When I informed the store manager, Andrew Carbone, he refused to speak with the cashier who was more interested in speaking on their cell phone than helping me find help to load the product in my vehicle.
