Kids Workshop
Usually go to the Shorewood location but were in the area so we came to Joliet. They were so much more organized & really friendly! I'll definitely be coming back here next month! Amazing job!

Very helpful staff
Looking for several Milwaukee M18 tools and Simon in the tool dept has consistently been helpful to me on my several trips. He walks me to product and has even helped me load items in my truck. Great job Simon!

They are good people around.
I went to Home Depot for some paint. When I ask one of the man behind the counter, he just pointed (with his finger) to the aisle. So I went to his coworker and she walk with me to this products. I'm really appreciate for her time, smile and knowledge. I assumed that the other guy maybe do not know nothing about his job like she did. I do not remember her name :-(

Great Customer Service
I purchase a washer and dryer Sue B. customer service was amazing. She was very patient and gave great advice. I became a Pro Xtra member and received $100 dollars off my purchase. Thanks Sue for all your help. Job well done.

Store Associates are FANTASTIC
In the last 10 days I have been offered EXCELLENT CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE by several store employees. 3 names I remember are Jackie, Ashlynn and Jose. They were all very helpful in addressing my needs.

Great appliance selection and also Sue was the main difference in my decision making.
I was really happy with the home depot appliance team, They continue to offer the best top of the line name and the best prices compared to others. Sue was the best helper in the Joliet store. Could not ask for a better asssociated to help in all appliance matters

This store has the best staff, whether I need paint, concrete advise or electrical and plumbing supplies.
They always have someone to help you, even to load your items. I have been going to this store for about 5 years and never had a bad experience, if they didn't
