Cant trust these hose
Wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a new washer and dryer set. Washer was delivered and installed by HD employees. Upon the first washer cycle, the washer showed an OE Error, the drum won't drain. After 6 days of fighting back and forth with both Home Depot & LG, they're telling me another week before they can get me a working machine. I purchased the Extended Warranty and they wouldn't even send someone out to see if it was a fixable problem. I have spent over 9 hours on the phone over the last few days, have gone up to the store, and won't receive a working washer for 2 weeks after I paid for it. Was told that I needed to get the BRAND NEW WASHER, which is full of water that won't drain, totally emptied MYSELF before HD would replace it. This is a joke.

Great place to receive no help and rudeness
Went to HD to purchase some items for our latest project and was yelled at by an employee because my husband stuck his head around the corner of a closed off area. We had waited over 20 minutes. Nothing was going on in that aisle or the adjacent aisles. We tried to get someone to help us but of course there are never employees around unless you go at 900 at night. We had over $1000 worth of merchandise in our cart. We left and went down the road to McCoys whose employees were super accommodating and helpful.

Mad about vet status
It is difficult, frustrating and sad as a retired veteran with ID to show that you lose money because you have to be registered on the website to get a small discount. The only place in Kerrville Texas that way. Makes me want to shop elsewhere when I spend a lot of money there.
