Today I went to the knightingale boulevard location and the workers there did not speak to me today. When I was concerned about what I was looking for, showing intense interest they still did not even ask if I was looking for something. It made me feel like they didn't care about my efforts of choosing there hardware superstore today.

Bad service
We wanted to buy some light fixtures that cost $304 but where on sale for $76. We did not see them on the shelf so we asked the employee to help us get it or where the information was. The employee was very professional and polite he explained to us that he did not see any so we saw another that was pretty much the same but was at a cheaper price of $299 compared to $304. We asked if there was anyway we could get these and price match it for the one on sale. He said he was unsure, that he would Ask a manager and told us to wait. After he came back he explains the manager said it was fine he wrote down the codes for us and we proceeded to check out. At the check out the cashier was friend but she explained it was over her limit so she called the manager. When the manager arrived I think his. And starts with a p, he did not introduce himself he came over ask the cashier started speaking to him he immediately said no he did not even acknowledge the fact the the other employee had already spoken to someone about this prior to us checking out. He did not try to look for alternatives or help in any kind of way! Overall the product we where getting is cheaper then the one they had on sale. We where not upset about the money but the way it was handled.

Best Customer Service
The Knightdale Home Depot has the friendliest employees. They are knowledgeable and patient. The store generally is very well stocked and clean. Anyone there is always happy to help you with your projects

Excellent customer service
I just had to leave this personal review of the Home Depot in Knightdale North Carolina. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Let's start with the Tool Rental Team. T and Shelly are absolutely a pleasure to work with; they provide excellent customer service nothing less than five stars. Alex and Mike were a great compliment to the team when it was time for me to get my refrigerator and load it up. They all provided excellent support. I work with the individual named Teri as well. Bless her heart, she means well. Also a lot of what happened would not have been accomplished in the time frame I needed it if it was not because of the wonderful store manager Stephanie. Even when it came down to me having to drop off the trailer she was more than happy to help. I don't leave comments often especially on stores that I go to quite frequently, but the amount of support and customer service I received yesterday was beyond spectacular. As a result I have switched stores and made the Knightdale store my favorite. A sincere thank you to everyone!!!
