Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Yes, the Kohler store offers in-person Kids Workshops. These free in-store events take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am-noon. Registration for kids workshops is now available online and secures your spot at the event. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to check availability of the kits.

How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?

Home Depot gift cards are a popular present for the holidays, housewarming parties, and birthdays. DIYers know they're fun to give and to receive. You can buy gift cards at our brick-and-mortar stores or online at homedepot.com. If you receive a gift card, you can visit the Kohler Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Redeem our gift cards in-store or use them to shop online with no additional fees.

Does The Home Depot Kohler offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when shopping eligible Store Pickup items. We will let you know via email or text message when your order is ready at the store. Bring your valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

To pick up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.

Helpful and knowledgeable salespeople

My husband and I received wonderful help when looking for and finally purchasing a GE refrigerator at the Kohler Home Depot. Both salesmen (Bob and Shaun) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they listened well to what we actually were looking for. A good experience-would highly recommend both store and these guys:)

Great Customer Service!!

Superb Customer Experience

I had the best visit to the Kohler store. It was the bright spot of my day. Everyone in the store was smiling and friendly. And, they were eager to help me! Service from two men in the molding area were very helpful. And, the cashier, Ashton, made my checkout experience easy. I typically shop at other home improvement stores. The Kohler Home Depot is my new favorite.

Excellent customer service

I have come into the store a couple times over the last couple days. Each time I was able to easily find an associate to answer all my questions. Each associate was very knowledgeable in the area I needed help in.
