Excellent customer service
I went in over the weekend to purchase some folding chairs for a party. The store did not have the specific ones I wanted in stock, but Felicia helped me find some that were just as good, and offered to discount the price since I didn't find what I was specifically looking to purchase. Then David helped me get them loaded into my car. Fabulous customer service.

Great Returns
I bought this plant in September of this year. I have over 20 house plants, I do not understand why so many of your plants die. Do you have an answer for me? I name all my plants so when I lose one it mis very personal.

Outstanding and helpful staff members
I visited the store on 4925 W. Slauson in LA on 9/18/2022 in need of various plumbing supplies to address 2 different issues. One was related to a leaking brass trap & associated pipes under the kitchen sink, & the 2nd was to replace a black pvc pipe from the garbage disposal. I was proactively met by DARNELL, a friendly, EXTREMELY helpful & knowledgeable associate. He answered every question, posed questions to help determine my exact needs and was extremely patient with me. He was AWESOME and made such a positive impression that I will make a concerted effort to shop at this particular store again!
