Megan is a huge asset to home depot. Attitude is key in a stressful situation. We we stressed out due to a flood. Megan showed us the proper products and we dried out the project out with success. Our srress levels dropped in the 1st 5 mins. Thank you very much Megan

I recently had an extremely negative experience with an employee named Kathy at the Home Depot located in Lake Elsinore, CA, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing encounter. I visited the store with the hope of finding assistance and guidance, but Kathy's behavior left me feeling discriminated against and utterly frustrated. From the moment I approached Kathy for assistance, her demeanor was rude and unprofessional. Instead of greeting me with a friendly smile and willingness to help, she seemed disinterested and impatient. Her lack of basic customer service skills was evident as she barely acknowledged my presence and appeared to be inconvenienced by my questions. To make matters worse, when I asked about returning an item, Kathy intentionally withheld crucial information and failed to provide me with all the available options. This lack of transparency is highly unacceptable and indicative of her disregard for customer satisfaction. It was evident that she did not have my best interests in mind and was unwilling to go the extra mile to ensure my concerns were addressed appropriately. What was even more alarming was Kathy's discriminatory behavior. She treated me with disrespect, making me feel marginalized and discriminated against. Her behavior was both unprofessional and unwarranted, leaving me deeply offended and disheartened. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of any personal biases or prejudices she may have held. Furthermore, Kathy went to the extent of accusing me of returning too many items, even though I hadn't returned a single thing. This blatant lie only added insult to injury, further highlighting her dishonesty and untrustworthiness as an employee. Such false accusations are not only damaging to the store's reputation but also completely unfounded and unjust. The experience I had with Kathy at Home Depot was disheartening, to say the least. Her rude and discriminatory behavior, coupled with her intentional withholding of information and false accusations, left me feeling disrespected and mistreated. It is essential for Home Depot management to address such behavior promptly, as it tarnishes the store's reputation and undermines the trust customers have in the brand.

#8988 is the best store in Riverside county. They are more customer helpful than most stores.

Kim in the paint department is a fantastic employee who uses her extensive knowledge skills and patience to go far above the norm to help her customers. Matching years old paint is no easy task but Kim has managed to master it! Kim was able to make perfect matches which saved my time and money. She was very professional and personable and has made my shopping experience a total joy. Another painting department employee Tylor was the perfect backup when Kim was not available. Employees like these two are why, as an Air Force veteran, I will always come to the Home Depot for all of my home project needs.

I hade one issues at store about the deal that was going on and a very friendly manager I believe, Mina helped me through my purchase and made sure I leave the store happy! I want to thank her and appreciate her phenomenal service.

I would recommend this Home Depot store. It is convenient and always busy, however, you do not have to wait long if there are lines. Store Associates keep lines moving. Shelves are always stocked and we find Home Depot has more of a selection, than major competitor

CAMERON HELPED ME REPLACE THREE DEAD BOLTS FOR MY HOME. HE HELPED ME PREPARE THE KWIKSET PRODUCT. WITH HIS HELP I WAS ABLE TO KEEP MY ORIGINAL KEYS AND ALSO MADE INSTALLATION A BREEZE. ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE. COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

So pleased with a the help and treatment I received from when I first entered the store to when I left. Made me feel like they actually cared about me and my purchases.
