GREAT SERVICE - AS ALWAYS!
I WAS BUYING A NEW CHAIN SAW FOR MY SON-IN-LAW'S BIRTHDAY. WE HAD "SHOPPED" BEFOREHAND WITH A TRIP TO HOME DEPOT AND ONE OTHER STORE, PLUS DONE SOME ON-LINE CHECKING. OBVIOUSLY, WE OPTED FOR HOME DEPOT, BUT FELT BETTER FOR DOING THE COMPARISONS. STORE ASSOCIATES WERE SO VERY HELPFUL - WITH RECOMMENDATIONS, ASSISTANCE GETTING THE DESIRED CHAIN SAW FROM THE LOCKED CASE, ESCORTING US TO CHECKOUT.

Shannon at returns called me a liar to my face for returning a hose that had clearly already been returned and not checked. It was damaged and was not the hose that was indicated on the box. She said I was trying to return something I had not bought and not purchased even though I had a receipt from less than a month ago....in january....

All employees at this store provide excellent service.Marco,Greg,Jessica,Rich,Sean,Alex,Mariola.This store is located couple miles more far than Palatine location but provides way better service.They are friendly,efficient and don't try to load damaged materials on my truck or trailer
