12X24 CARRARA WHITE MATTE
Redoing our bathroom and really like the look of the Carrara white tile. We installed it and grouted- looked super nice, until my bf knelt on it to help with grout and cracked two tiles, quickly made a trip to HD to get 2 more pieces to replace- got home and he gently tapped a tile with a rubber mallet and cracked another one!! Another trip to HD- I know we should have gotten 3 pieces the first time- just in case. Now the tile is all installed- mud and grout are all dried and we can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel- NOPE!! Went to install the vanity and the weight of him holding the vanity cracked ANOTHER tile!!! We are now waiting on a special order of Carrara vinyl from another vendor to put over the whole floor of tile that kept cracking. I can't tell you the time that went into laying this tile!!!!!! We've laid tile dozens of times and never had this happen!! AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TILE!!!!!!!

Love the layout of the store and general knowledge and courtesy of the staff in helping to take care of their customers.

Upset in layton
I bought a tiller price online was 499.99 was told couldn’t have online price when it said thats where to go get it had to pay $100.00 more for instore price.

Layton Home Depot
I have the opportunity to shop at both the Layton and Riverdale stores. Both are great but with the purchase of a Ryobi lawn mower and other lawn tools I had a great experience at the Layton store. Logan and the other Ryobi reps were great and answered many questions about the new machines and were really helpful.

Wonderful customer service provided by Merryah
It was areal blessing having her helping me, she never gave up and went to every nook and cranny of the store to find my delivered box.
Took her almost 20 minutes to find the box, which was delivered in the wrong place and not labeled correctly, in the end she did everything in her hands to make it happen.
