My Home Depot Therapeutic Shopping event today ended up with me buying three beautiful plants ( was only gonna buy one) always great finds at this Lakeview HD .!!!

I love shopping this Home Depot,it’s so spiritually theurepeutic for me ,especially when I’m feeling down. When Rodney is working I always leave happy,well advised with a beautiful plant and calming experience.I got this rare beauty today. The STaff there is excellent.!!!

Always Par Excellence’s Customer Service From The Manager “JOSE” and employees at Lakeview HD, I always feel “At Home “When I go There.Some Plants were on sale and I found the plant I’ve been looking for ,it just needed loving care and a new home.

I recently had excellent service late in the day.Abd earlier this year very friendly service in another department. Although Home Depotnis a bit distant from my home, I plan on now considering the store my FIRST choice for home hardware and extended items

I couldn't resist expressing my admiration for his exceptional performance. I approached him with a wide grin, extending my hand for a high five, and commended him on a job well done. I had a dispute with an overwatered plant I had bought from this HD prior today about a return. But I received Excellent ,Professional Customer Service from The Manager Javier and Employee Rodney who are always Consistent in their Service . It’s always a relaxing pleasure shopping in the Garden/ Plant Dept.

Staff is either on the phone or talking to each other and they turn away rather than offer to help customers.

I would like to thank Madame Pam (Store Manager) for hiring Caleb, Adrienne and Kamran-Associates that go above and beyond in helping confused customers!
