Home Depot #6806 Houston
I bought some lumber at Home Depot Nov. 3, 2022 and was very impress with their customer service. I did not have to walk all around the store to find assistance. They were very helpful and patient in answering all my questions, that was a plus for me.

Ben at Home Depot
Today we went to Home Depot on Little York. To my surprise a woman greeted us for the first time ever. Then we needed help. We needed something that was way up high in the overstock. A busy young man stopped what he was doing to assist us. We watched as used safety protocol to get the merchandise down. My husband was very surprised that he was so polite and helpful. We had come to the conclusion that good customer service was history, but Ben proved to us that there are still great employees that take pride in their work. We wish Ben all the best! Thanks Ben! OH! And the cashier in garden was very polite as well!

Horrible customer service
This location has the worst customer service and the laziest employees. I had to drive back and forth because while In store they wouldn’t check to see if my delivery arrived even though I had confirmation that it did. When asked the young lady only check the computer where apparently someone forgot to enter it as delivered. I showed the young lady my fedex confirmation but she dismissed it and told me to come after several days.
