Don’t try to return anything v
I bought an item at Home Depot that turned out to be the wrong size. The client went and bought a different item which was again the wrong size so I had to go and buy the right thing. I what he bought I did not get the receipt for it. It was not on my card. They were willing to accept the return but only give me 50% of the value with a rip off. I shop at the store constantly great way to alienate your best customers.

Special employees
I have been spending quite a bit if time in HD lately. Doing a renovation. I had wonderful help today from several employees Shout out to Manager Jeff who went above and beyond ,JJ and Andrea who took care of the details at the register.. The lady greeter who sent me in the right direction. The gentlemen who took things off the shelves for me and the one who took my item all the way the to cashier for me. I couldn't be more grateful for their service and kindness. And they were equally kind to my dog.

1 bad employee can ruin a a customers trust, want or need for return customers.
Employee Douglas K. Was so rude and inconvenienced when being asked a question about Products and installation of said product that I may not return to this store for future purchases or advice.

OUR GO TO STORE FOR HOME IMROVEMENTS
In process of major multi bathroom remodel. Found Home Depot to have a good selection of materials at good prices. Found he Longmont store on S Hover, in particular, to offer better assistance than several of the other local locations.

Easy & helpful
I stopped by to pick up a couple of items. It was my first visit to this store. Staff are friendly, it is easy to navigate. It was before Halloween, and the kids loved the animated Halloween figures. Check out was quick.
