Friendly and helpful staff
I have come into the Lorraine Home Depot twice this week to get things from the garden center. Trees and mulch. Both times I had employees that were very friendly, made me feel welcome, and were extremely helpful. Even came late at night after the garden center closed and they made sure I had help loading 20 bags of mulch. Shout out to Brian and Kayley for making this such a positive experience. I have not experienced this before in other stores similar to Home Depot.

CS not thorough with regard to returned merch
The item I purchased had been previously opened. The tool kit seal was broken and there was no powered cord so i can't charge it. What a hassle. This item must have been returned and not checked to verify all the parts were there before putting it back on the shelf! I don't have time for this nonsense.

Returns
I had an extremely complicated return so I thought, multiple receipts, from multiple stores and from purchases from me and a friend with stage 4 cancer who couldn't be there. Some cash purchases and some with a credit or gift card. Adelle made it simple. I was done in minutes, to the astonishment of those in line. She sure knew her stuff, and she was so very pleasant the whole time, with a big smile.

Great buying experience.
We purchase a side/side refrigerator freezer. We looked around, picked out the one we liked and salesperson JMS0702 was there to answer all our questions and check us out.
