Just like everywhere you go ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Plain a simple No one cares ! Went in to buy a 2 gallon can of tru fuel that says they have in stock , ask for help told of yea been out of that for months , so now I have to buy 110 oz can for $30 when I could have bought 228 ounces for $45 , wouldn’t give me a discount , pointed out that the whole wing stack of $30 was labeled $7 , I wish I was a jerk and pushed the issue in addition to Michigan having a pricing law , but I didn’t went on my way paid for my $30 item so I could finish my project and will never be back

Very courteous employees!
Our cashier, Laura C., greeted us upon entering the store and was very quick when cashing us out. She thanked me for my military service and made sure we found everything we needed. She was very friendly and chit chatted with a smile. These days so many people are much less than friendly and it is refreshing to receive such great service!

Jacob in Lawn and Garden is AMAZING!!
My husband and I visited the Macomb store and we were both so appreciative of the outstanding service we received! Jacob in the lawn and garden center really went above and beyond during our visit. Great service is difficult to find these days and he is such an asset to not only your team, but also to your customers! Jacob nailed it! He was kind and attentive and I cannot say enough about his character! Thank you for being you, Jacob!

My Husband and I had a great experience. We purchased carpet and a garage door. Tina, John, and I believe Sophie/Sophia was great associates as well as the assistant manager at the time we were there!

Great Customer Service
My boyfriend and I went to Home Depot last minute to grab some flooring. We were greeted by cashier Jacob as we walked in. We had no idea where to go, and he answered our question on where Flooring was! As we came to him to cash out, he made sure we had everything, and his personality was fantastic! We need more Jacob's in this world! Thank you again for all your help Jacob!!

Very clean store
While this sounds silly the store was organized very well, the aisles weren't crowded and it was easy to maneuver through the store and find things.

Great Home Depot store
I needed to return and exchange an item. Cynthia, Cyndee, made the transaction a pleasurable experience and was able to get my return done quickly. She had a great attitude.
