Home Depot on 12 mile and John R ProDesk
I went to the pro desk to get some help with building a Trex deck. The associate that I worked with her name was Joy and she truly was a joy. She helped me so much, and made it so much easier than doing it online myself she knew exactly what I needed, plugged it all in in the quantities I gave her and she went with that to me. She was very knowledgeable and this Home Depot was way better than the Home Depot on Hoover. I will continue to go to Home Depot on 12 mile and John R the people that I did meet there seem to be very pleasant and happy in their job Again Joy was a joy to work with, and she truly loves her job and people.

Lousy sales assistance - order from the website or plan on a long wait
waited 45 minutes after asking two different employees for help during that time to purchase a Ryobi Lopper, probably another 15 to 20 just to find the first one for assistance - never got help - managed to get one a lopper that I found not secured off the rack and took to point of sale - assistance was never sent -
