Be careful when scheduling delivery
Went in to buy a washer and drier, ran it on our CC, scheduled delivery and install on Friday. When the delivery crew called to tell us our delivery window, we were told that the drier would not be installed for another 48-72hrs. When I called the sales person at the store I was told that it is not uncommon for a 2 step delivery for gas appliances, but that we should use the washing machine as much as we can 48 hours after it's delivered to make sure there were no issues. Question...how we suppose to run our washing machine when we have no way to dry our clothes?
So...ask questions, and if you are buying something that is going to need to be installed, or be part of a 2 step process, I highly suggest you do not schedule the delivery on a Friday.
For us, we decided to cancel our order and give our business to someone that knows that they are doing and is a lot more professional.

Sales person lied about install timetable
Sales rep gave completely incorrect info on carpet install times. Days after purchase goes through I’m informed it will be at least 3 times longer than what he said. Don’t lie about it, just give the honest timetable.

Great store with friendly staff.
At Maple Grove Home Depot I always get fantastic experience. The store has a great selection of products, and the staff was incredibly helpful in finding exactly what I needed. I was impressed by the level of knowledge and expertise that the staff had, and they were able to answer all of my questions and provide helpful recommendations.
The store itself was also very well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find the products I was looking for. I was able to quickly locate everything I needed, and the checkout process was fast and efficient. Staff at the check out make sure that you do not have any issues and are very friendly.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Maple Grove Home Depot to anyone looking for high-quality products and great customer service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that their customers are satisfied, and I would definitely recommend this store to a friend.
