Excellent customer service
Andrew was very helpful in making sure I received a military discount. I couldn’t access my account (until afterwards) but I received it anyway. I realize now that I gave him a different phone number than the one my account is associated with. But Andrew was able to find it for me nonetheless.

Super helpful tip for screen door mesh replacement!
I’d like to give a shout out to Gary in windows/doors at the Broomall PA Home Depot. I was looking for the flat spline for replacing the mesh on a screen door. Gary informed me that hd doesn’t carry it as they don’t carry those doors. He proceeded to recommend several other stores. More importantly, he gave me a tip for the job to spray the spline with windex to facilitate insertion. This tip made the repair possible and I was extremely grateful to Gary. I had looked on YouTube and this was definitely not on any videos and it was a really great tip. I called Gary to thank him and thought others should be aware of how helpful he was today! Thanks again Gary!

Superb customer service!
The people here are consistently cheerful, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable and seem to take a personal interest--indeed pride--in making sure your questions are answered and your requests are satisfied. Manager Bob Roselli has created a happy workplace evidently, which manifests in the way his team treats those who shop here. He has made it clear that at this Home Depot superior customer service is Job One, and we weekend DIYers are the lucky beneficiaries!

Excellent purchase experience
We were looking to replace our over the range microwave and range. The sales staff, David, aka “Google”, was very knowledgeable, helpful and offered practical advice regarding our intended purchases, and went above and beyond to get us best price/financing for our choices. Thank you Google! Will definitely go back for any future purchases at this Home Depot location!

Great customer service
Husband and I both needed assistance on obtaining a product that we didn’t see on the shelf. We wasn’t made to feel like a bother when we asked for help. We were asked by multiple team members if we needed help, while waiting for the other team member to grab all the safety measures they take to bring items down and clear the aisles.
