The hose I bought was great, and the eservice was better and the Military discount was the icing on the cake. I've gone to this store many times and I've never been disappointed.

If I could give a negative 3 stars I would.
I went to get a key made and was insulted by the cashier, as if making a key on a self service kiosk is a hard thing. I’ve had to remake numerous keys at Home Depot bc the keys at self service kiosks at competitors do not work. So imagine the disappointment when i was Told its user error, and that “im going to let you keep talking because you just saying anything” I don’t know if Jabba was hungry or missed lunch, or whatever, but her attitude was not needed. Her co worker on the other hand was quite pleasant. Wish I had of got her name, as well as Jabba’s real name.

Nice bright and clean
I've always found everything In stock that I wanted to purchase. I'm often impressed with the variety of products I didn't expect to find, but had to have. Who knew how fun shopping can be at a home center shop...love it.

Greatest home depot
Everyone is friendly and helpful. Robert Bannon in blinds gets an A++++. He provided details, pricing, comparables, and most importantly sale options. In fact, I was going to get my blinds at "3 Day Blinds" but decided to go with Home Depot because of Rob. Well done

Wide variety of brands and helpful staff
Came in to get plants and paint. Did not feel rushed. Good atmosphere and pleasant employees. All the plants looked healthy and freshly watered. Store was clean and organized.

Rude employee
Female employee at self checkout abruptly stops my paynow process to what she hesitates to say “needed to print a receipt”. Cleared my screen and rescans my items. I asked what happened and the response abt the receipt comes up, turns to the 2 boxes and says “oh u have 3?”
Me: No there’s indeed 2 while seperating them. In my head I’m asking why my register to print it? She walked away without an apology nor farewell after my purchase!

Pro desk
Jeffrey, Jim, Danny, Karen, Sully, and Glen are always willing and able to help me. We do a lot of business on the pro desk and I am at the store several times a day at least 5 days a week. I appreciate them greatly. Frank in plumbing and Nathanya in kitchen cabinets and appliances are also life savers for me. They both know their crafts extremely well and make my job easier as a result.
