Flag needs to be at half staff
This store has two flags outside it's building and neither were at half staff for General Powell. If you are going to put flags outside your building the company and store need to follow all executive orders when putting the flag at half staff

Enjoyable Store Visit
Stopped by this Home Depot for some plywood. It is not my normal or closest so had not been there before. Was really impressed with how helpful the employees were in helping me with my order and loading. Definitely the place to go.

Satisfactory shopping until it was time to check out
I asked an employee,Female , W ,appx 50 to assist me ,she was very detailed and helpful ,i picked out a mower, trimmer, and blower at a total of $ 1,200 . Here is where the engagement went left . i was told by this F , W employee that i had to be escorted to the register for security reasons . Not that this is a reason for the insult but i am male Black 54

With customer service going down tubes, Lauren took pride in helping us find the flooring we wanted. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. She took the time to help us place an order. We had had just been approved with a new charge card. It was very difficult for us to order our items in line the night before. She was great!

Lauren and Micah are AMAZING
We had the most amazing experience with Lauren and Micah from flooring. We were having not much luck with the garden department and when I saw two employees by flooring I asked them for help. Lauren literally jumped up and Micah was strong and efficient with the fork lift. We couldn’t have done it without them and we couldn’t say enough about those two individually and as a team of co workers!

This Store Rocks
The associates ask did I a need assistance. They were pleasant . Lauren was amazing she ask me did I need assistance and took me over to the supplies and found a cart. She even told me she we help load it. As I proceeded to the for Nyisha ask me did I need help. I told her I could cry because of the customer service. Travis was walk along and her was so kind to load my items in the car. This location rocks . Thank you😍

Great experience
I had an excellent shopping experience at HomeDepot while shopping for tile for a backsplash. Lauren, the associate who helped me was knowledgeable, caring and professional. She helped me look for just the right color and texture of what I wanted but didn’t really know what I wanted. She helped me get the tools I would need for the project but didn’t know I’d need. She actually gave a darn about helping me with my project. As I waited for her on my second visit she was looking for a shipment that hadn’t come in when it was supposed to. She had found the pallet of lumber and was pushing it where it needed to go. She spoke to her fellow employees politely. She was a pleasure to observe and work with.
