Great customer service!
We recently went to our local Home Depot on a very busy weekend. It was very crowded . Despite this we were able to get all the help we needed in multiple departments. Our cashier was friendly and fast. Thanks for doing a great job.

Staff doesn't know how many boxes in my Ship to Store order
I bought a shelf online to be shipped to store. When I went to pick it up, one box was presented. I asked "it's all in that one box?" I was assured by the associate that it was. Unboxing at home, I realized many components were missing. I called and was told to "rebox the item and return it." I requested that the associate take another look before I jammed everything back in the box because it seemed like most of the components were missing, suggesting a missing box. He checked and confirmed that in fact there was another box for me. I returned to the store to retrieve the box. I again asked "are you sure that there isn't another box?" Without checking, the associate confidently assured me that this was it. Unboxing at home I realized that indeed many more components are missing. I attempted to call the store at 9:55 (5 minutes to close) and let the phone ring until 10pm before hanging up without an answer. I'll have to go back again tomorrow, I assume, for the third time to pick up the same order.

Excellent Service
It made my day fast and easy when I got the help that I needed in Tukwila Home Depot. All my questions were answered with no hassle. I have a project to do in our bathroom , things that I will be needing where shown to me and recommended instantly. Knowledgeable in their products. I was amazed. I did not wait for a long time to get some help.

I came to the store today toting a toddler and needing heavy bags of mulch and sand. Lindsay in Gardening was helpful, patient, and even took the time to wait in line with me and load my car. Such a help to a mom like me
